What do you get with a Podimo subscription via a partner?
Podimo partners with various organisations to offer discounted subscriptions as part of their service packages. When you sign up through a partner, your subscription is managed by them, and any changes—such as upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations—should be handled through that partner’s platform.
How do I activate my Podimo subscription through a partner?
After signing up through a partner, you’ll receive a personal activation link via email. Simply click the link and either log in or create a Podimo account to activate your subscription. This link can only be used once, so be sure to complete the process in a single step. We recommend using the same email address for your Podimo account that you use with your partner account for a smoother experience.
Already have an active Podimo subscription?
If you’re already subscribed to Podimo directly, we make it easy to avoid duplicate subscriptions. You can:
- Transfer your billing: If you're paying with a regular card, you may be able to switch billing over to your partner. Your current Podimo subscription will be paused, and if the partner subscription is later cancelled, your original subscription will automatically resume.
- Cancel and reactivate: You can cancel your existing Podimo subscription, wait for the current billing period to end, and then activate your new subscription via the partner activation link.
Note: If you currently pay through Apple or Google, transferring billing may not be supported.
Audiobook access
A Podimo subscription through a partner typically includes unlimited access to podcasts. If you’re also interested in audiobooks, please check directly with your partner. If they don’t offer an upgrade that includes audiobooks, you’ll need to subscribe to Podimo directly to access the full catalogue.
How to cancel your subscription
To cancel, follow the process provided by your partner. Once you opt out or end your agreement with them, Podimo is automatically notified. If you have trouble cancelling, it’s best to contact the partner’s customer support team directly.
