We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering deleting your Podimo account. Before you proceed, please read the following important information.
Deleting your account will result in immediate and permanent loss of access to Podimo. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and all your data will be permanently removed. This includes your downloaded podcasts and audiobooks, listening queue, preferences, and personal information. You will also be logged out instantly after the deletion is completed.
Subscription requirement:
Before you can delete your account, you must first cancel your active subscription.
Only accounts with fully canceled memberships (no active renewals) can be deleted. Depending on how you signed up, you may need to cancel your subscription through your account provider, such as the App Store, Google Play, your mobile/cellular provider, or another third-party service.
How to delete your account:
On supported mobile apps (iOS and other supported versions), you can delete your account directly in the app:
1. Open the Podimo app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Personal
4. Select Delete account
5. Confirm by selecting I understand, then tap Delete account
During this process, you will be asked to confirm that you understand the consequences. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Android users:
Currently, the Android app does not offer an in-app option to delete your account. If you are using Android, please contact us for assistance with account deletion.
