If you've purchased a subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, but it's not showinG in your Podimo account, don’t worry — you can usually restore it in just a few steps.
Steps to Restore Your Purchase:
- Log out of the app: Open the Podimo app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Log Out.
- Close and reopen the app: Fully close the app from your device’s recent apps or home screen, then reopen it.
- Log in with the correct account: Tap "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google", depending on which platform you used to make the purchase. Make sure to select the same Apple or Google account linked to your payment.
- Click Restore purchase: After logging in, go to Settings in the Podimo app and tap the "Restore purchase" button.
