How do I redeem a Gift Card?
1. Go to account.podimo.com
2. Go to Subscription
3. Click on "Have a Gift card code"?
4. Input the code
5. Click on "Apply Gift card"
6. Enjoy!
Important: Gift cards and vouchers can only be redeemed if you created your subscription directly through the Podimo website (podimo.com). They cannot be applied to accounts where the subscription is managed by a Third party provider.
What counts as a "Third party provider"?
If you pay for Podimo through any of the following, you are using a Third party provider:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Partner bundles (e.g., through your telecom provider, internet package, or other external partners)
Why can't I redeem my code?
Third-party platforms manage their own payment systems, which are separate from Podimo's internal billing. Because of this technical separation, our system cannot "override" or apply a discount to a subscription that Apple, Google, or a Partner controls.
How to use your gift card if you have a 3rd party subscription.
If you currently have a subscription via Apple, Google, or a Partner, you must switch your billing to Podimo directly to use the gift card.
1. Cancel your current subscription with the 3rd party provider (Apple/Google/Partner).
2. Wait until your current billing cycle ends and your account switches to "Free" status.
3. Redeem your gift card at your Podimo's Account area account.podimo.com (or the specific link provided).
4. Your new subscription will now be managed directly by Podimo.
