As part of our new Partner Program, streaming revshare on Podimo will be offered to podcasts on an approval basis starting August 1st.
After you claim your podcast on Podimo and have been approved by the Podimo team, you will have the opportunity to share exclusive, bonus, and/or ad-free content on Podimo. For every stream of these episodes, you will earn a revshare.
The streaming revshare model is calculated on a per-subscriber basis. For each subscriber, we will take the total time spent streaming your exclusive, bonus, and/or ad-free episodes you’ve shared on Podimo and divide that time by the total time spent streaming on Podimo during that time period. The proportion of streams spent on your content will be allocated to your revshare, up to 50% of the subscriber’s monthly value. Each paying subscriber essentially “distributes” their subscription fee across all of the exclusive, bonus, and/or ad-free content they stream during that period.
Formula: Subscription Revenue × 50% × (Your episodes' streaming time / Total platform streaming time)
